- Standard UK Delivery: £2.95 for orders under £29.99.
- Free Standard UK Delivery: orders of £29.99 or more.
Journal preorders
My Learning Journal — Essential Volume One is a physical, non-personalised preorder product. Journal orders will be delivered by the end of November 2026 and are not available for immediate dispatch.
If your order includes a journal and dot markers, both items will be dispatched together when the journal is ready, for delivery by the end of November 2026.
Dot-marker-only orders are fulfilled separately from journal preorders. We’ll email you when your order is dispatched.
Delivery questions and delays
If you need help with delivery or your order has not arrived as promised, email hello@scribbleandshine.co.uk with your order number. We will contact affected customers if there is a delay. Your statutory rights concerning late or missing delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.

Returns & Refunds
You can cancel before delivery or notify us within 14 days after the day you receive your goods, then send them back within a further 14 days. For a full change-of-mind refund, only handling reasonably necessary to inspect the products is allowed. Writing or colouring in a journal, completing activities or substantial marker use beyond inspection may result in a lawful deduction reflecting the actual loss in value, potentially up to the affected product’s full price where justified. Faulty-product rights are unaffected.
Please email hello@scribbleandshine.co.uk first for return instructions, including your order number if available. We will explain how and where to return your item. You do not need discretionary approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights; a clear cancellation email sent within the applicable period is sufficient.
Our correspondence address is not a parcel returns address.
